What can you help me with?
As a qualified and trained marketer with over two decades experience, there are a lot of things I can help you with. From traditional marketing to digital marketing. Over the past 10 years I've managed Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for digital course creators and ecommerce store owners, plus I have mentored a range of businesses from local heating shops to farm stays, to artists, bookkeepers, tourism operators and more. I have strengths and skills in social media strategy, email marketing, funnels, selling and creating online courses, lead generation, building websites and a large variety of digital marketing tools and platforms. I'm confident that I can answer your questions, or if I can't I will know someone who can.
Do you answer questions about Facebook/Instagram ads?
I have over 10 years experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads so yes I can definitely answer your questions and help you with your ads. This membership does not include comprehensive ads training (unless you sign up with the yearly payment option) If you are looking for comprehensive training I suggest that you check out my Aimful Ads Academy (or sign up with the yearly payment option to the Club). If you already know how to manage ads and want to ask your questions in here I can. Please note that I don't offer ad account audits as part of this membership.
Do we have set topics?
The topics we talk about in our weekly calls are quite fluid and there are no rigid topics. That said, we'll look at certain talking points and topics over the coming months. This may include things like productivity, content marketing, social media, email marketing, video creation, traditional marketing, networking, identifying opportunities, collaborations etc. The topics are largely driven by what your goals are, what the community needs or what I see happening in the marketing landscape.
What's included?
Weekly 60-90 minute Zoom calls, monthly 45-60 minute Zoom marketing masterclass, access to the resource library + a private Facebook Group for questions and banter in between sessions and to keep momentum going. Please note that there are no calls in Tasmanian school holidays.
Can I cancel?
You sure can. There's no minimum commitment and you can leave anytime you want. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next payment is due. Simply email hello@biancamckenzie.com
Will I pay the same price forever?
If you purchase at the founding member price, you're locked in to that price for as long as you stay. If you leave and want to come back later, you pay the new price.
How do I access the calls?
Join the membership and you'll be sent instructions on how to join the Zoom calls.
When are the calls?
Calls are in the Hobart, Tasmania (AEST/AEDT) time zone. Weekly Q&A calls are on Tuesdays at 10.00am, Monthly masterclasses are on Wednesdays at 10.00am (generally the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month but it varies).
Please note that there will be NO CALLS during school holidays which are:

5 July - 20 July
27 September - 12 October
19 December - 4 February (2026)
Unfortunately I'm not in a position to offer later/evening calls right now as I'm juggling my young family.
Will the calls be recorded?
Yes, calls will be recorded and a quick recap of topics will be sent out. Q&A call recordings will only be available for a limited amount of time. The power of the weekly calls are in the live access as we brainstorm for your business right there and then, so showing up live is more beneficial to your business and momentum. Monthly masterclasses will be recorded and stay inside the membership area.
Will I need to come to all of the calls?
No. You get to choose when you want help, what you want help with and how much you need. It's a dip in and out kind of support. We're here to help you succeed, it's up to you how much you want us to help you with that and we understand that some of you might not be available on certain days.
